To submit stories, you first need to go to the 'submit deviation' page (duh XD). There's going to be a large box beside the words 'Which File?". Under this box are two buttons: 'Add a File' and 'Add Text'. Click 'Add Text'. A box should come up.

Go to your word processor and copy your fic to the clipboard, then paste it into the area that says 'content'. You need to add HTML to the areas that had it in the original fic; for example, if the word "joy" was italicized in the original fic, you'll need to add the < i > and < / i > tags. It'll look like this: < i >joy< / i >. You'll need to get rid of the spaces in the tags for this to work, of course.

After that, it's just like submitting a regular deviation.
